Our Solution

Everyday closing hurdles... gone.

Some offices have their processes and are set in their ways. We are flexible and prefer to do business the way you do business. If there's something special that you need your escrow team to do, we will happily accommodate you. Here's an example of how we can accommodate you and your clients:

• Reply immediately with order confirmation, fee quote and estimated timeline
• Immediately order/request Title, Payoffs, Utilities, Homeowner's Dues
• Constantly track and followup on each item
• Distribute items as received to customers and assist in any way possible

Once loan documents have been received and all contingencies have been cleared, we:

• Prepare the Settlement Statement and distribute it to Agents, Lenders and Loan Officers for review/approval
• After approval, we schedule the signing at your client's convenience, including weekends and evenings, mobile or in-office
• Immediately coordinate funding with the lender and advise all parties as to the status of funding
• Release, record and disburse as soon as possible
