All of my family wants to send you a very big thank you for your kind patience with our Mother.  We really thought we had her prepared but sitting at the table with pen in hand is the real reality and she was just plain scared.  You handled her and the situation beautifully and we are most grateful.  We are sorry you had to wait so long while we tried to alleviate her fears.  If I didn’t know it before, I know now that all of my clients are in excellent hands when they are signing with you.
